Sports Injury Rehabilitation

There are many physical, psychological and social benefits to being fit and doing regular exercise. The risk of sport or exercise are low but people can occasionally get sports injuries.

Whether you are suffering from an Overuse Injury or a Traumatic Injury, we can help you get back to full fitness and offer you support and guidance on preventing future injuries. Some of the conditions we treat include:

  • Knee pain
  • Muscle strains
  • Shin Splints
  • Sore heels
  • Runner's knee
  • Fractures/broken bones

Should you suffer a sports injury, it is important not to exercise when in pain and get the right medical help. For further advice or to arrange an appointment, please contact us on 01462 735700 or email admin@physiospinalclinic.co.uk

Rehabilitation

Chartered Physiotherapists work in a variety of settings including hospitals, health centres, GP practices, schools, work places, private clinics and also by visiting people at home.

Should you wish to see a Physiotherapist for private treatment, please make sure they are Chartered and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. By seeing a Chartered Physiotherapist you can be assured that the clinician is properly qualified (usually to Degree standard), governed by professional codes of conduct as well as having professional and Public liability insurance.

We offer a wide-range of services which are detailed in our menu below.
